Apartment 2 is for 1 or 2 people and is up the first flight of stairs (accessed by stairlift if required). It is to the rear of the building.

The apartment has been completely redesigned and furnished.

It has a cosy lounge/kitchen area and a smart ultra-modern bathroom with underfloor heating.

The decor is fresh sky blue with matching curtains and bedding, and a pure wool carpet. The bedroom can be made up as one superking size bed or two twin beds.

The kitchen has high gloss cream finish, with integrated fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, modern fitted units and stools at bench.

The sunny lounge area has two comfortable, fully reclining chairs, so it can feel like sunbathing in the afternoon sun! The apartment has a 40 inch smart TV, full HD with freeview and Amazon Fire stick for catch up TV (BBC iplayer, ITV hub, channel 4 and 5), DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette player, radio and clock radio/alarm.

The bathroom has sparkling quartz granite floor tiles with underfloor heating, a modern curved shower cubicle, new wall tiles, ceiling and spot lighting, heater, extractor fan and new double glazed window.

Please note: Beds are made up as super king as standard in all apartments, except the front, second bedrooms in apartment 3 and 5 which have 2 single beds. The super king beds can be converted to single beds, due to our special zipped mattresses, in all apartments except apartment 3 rear bedroom which is always super king. Please tell us here if you would prefer single beds, otherwise it will be super king.

Booking

Normal bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time preferably by 2p.m., check-out time by 10 a.m.

To make a reservation request please contact us then this will be recorded in our register. Please then immediately send a deposit (non-refundable) for £100 for each week reserved.

For the Great North Run week (Sept 8, 2018) the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.

The reservation becomes a firm booking on receipt of your deposit and an official receipt is sent to you normally by email. The balance is due at latest 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or UK cheque.
