Apartment 5 is located on the second floor and to the front of the building, giving the fantastic panoramic view used in our website and brochure. Binoculars are provided to give maximum enjoyment.

The kitchen/living/dining room gives the view - with 3 options of dining possibilities- one at the kitchen bar bench, one at a beech block dining table (on castors for flexible usage) and one at the extended window ledge designed for use with bar stools. For relaxation there are 2 leather recliner chairs and a leather sofa.
The kitchen corner is beech effect and the whole room has a modern laminate floor.

2 twin bedrooms in this apartment provide normally for 4, but an extra bed can be squeezed into the pine bedroom…the one with the Velux window, again giving a superb view, and blackout blind is much loved by parents who find the children sleep longer!

The apartment has TV with freeview (30+ TV and 20+ radio channels), DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette player, radio and clock radio/alarm.

The other (with toilet and basin) is attractively tiled with an appropriate seaside theme.

The two bathrooms have been totally redesigned and fitted in 2007, receiving much praise.

Both have glamorous all-over tiling, spot- lighting and underfloor heating.

One has a large walk-in shower plus a bath, and heated towel rail.
