A £100 deposit (non-refundable) per apartment per week booked, or the full amount, is payable to secure a booking. The balance is due at latest 4 weeks prior to arrival. For the week of September 18-25, 2010 ( Great North Run week), the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
