- 2 apartments have two bedrooms, so can sleep 4- apartments 3 and 5.
- Ground floor apartments are 1A and 1B.
- Triple – Apartment 1B can sleep 3 in the bedroom
- Space in lounge for family and friends to visit in apartments 1A 1B, 3 and 5.

Booking
A £100 deposit per apartment booked, or the full amount, is payable to secure a booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
We offer FREE CANCELLATION of deposit and balance, up to 1 hour before arrival

EACH APARTMENT FEATURES
- Parking vouchers for free parking on the front street and back lane. Most guests park within 50 metres.
- Highest speed, full fibre WiFi free
- Lounge: reclining chairs, table and chairs/stools, binoculars (in the front apartments 1A, 3 and 5), large flat screen modern smart TV at least 43 inch with links to BBC iPlayer, ITV X, channels 4 and 5 catch-up, YouTube, and NetFlix with the guest’s own NetFlix registration
- Kitchen : hob x4, oven, cooker hood, microwave, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, electric beater, cooking pans, grill pan, frying pans, crockery, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utencils, pyrex casseroles, measuring jug, bowls, cafetiere, tea pot, hot water pot, egg cups, oven gloves, tea towel, hand towel, dish rack, washing up liquid, hand soap, scourer, J cloth, brush, bin bags, kitchen paper towels, foil, cling film. Dishwasher in apartments 1A, 1B, 3 & 5.

- Bedroom: superking size bed, Sealy high quality mattress, bed linen and towels, hair drier, iron and ironing board, shower gel, liquid soap, Wardrobe coat hangers, curtains, blinds
- Bathroom: towels, non-slip mat, liquid soap, shower gel, toilet cleaner, toilet paper.
- Cleaning: vacuum, iron, ironing board, airing racks, dustpan and brush, bucket, cloth
EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE
Extra beds are available for £15 per person per night in the following apartments;
- Apartment 1A – double sofa bed available
- Apartment 1B – king size sofa bed available
- Apartment 5 – an extra bed (80cm wide and 170cm long) can be provided in the bedroom with two single beds
- Apartment 3 – an extra bed (90cm wide and 170cm long) is possible in the main superking bedroom
OUR PUBLIC AREAS
- Laundry room on ground floor with washers and driers, laundry liquid
- Beach chairs and beach towels in laundry room
- Back yard, partly covered, with artificial grass and lounging seats plus space for storage for bicycles, mobility scooters, beach buckets & spades, washing line, clothes pegs. The hall has tourist brochures about the region
- Stairs : at the first landing, where the stairlift stops, there is one step to apartment 2 and 5 steps to apartment 3. At the second landing, where the stairlift stops, there are no steps to apartment 4 and 8 steps to apartment 5. Stairlifts are available.
