The apartment has a 40 inch smart TV, full HD with freeview and Amazon Fire stick for catch up TV (BBC iplayer, ITV hub, channel 4 and 5), DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette player, radio and clock radio/alarm.

The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly into the living space, with a modern gloss finish and integrated appliances including a fridge and dishwasher. Clever use of space provides generous storage and worktop areas, enhanced by under-cabinet lighting.
