Apartment 2 – First Floor

Apartment 2 is a self-catering apartment designed for one or two guests, located on the first floor to the rear of the building. Access is via one flight of stairs, with a stairlift available if required.

The apartment has been fully redesigned and thoughtfully furnished to provide a modern yet cosy living space. The open-plan lounge and kitchen area is bright and inviting, with a fresh sky blue décor, matching soft furnishings and a pure wool carpet adding warmth and comfort throughout.

The lounge area benefits from plenty of natural light and features two fully reclining chairs, creating a relaxing space to unwind — particularly enjoyable in the afternoon sun. For entertainment, the apartment includes a 40-inch Full HD Smart TV with Freeview and Amazon Fire Stick, offering access to BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and Channel 5, alongside a DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette player, radio and alarm clock.

The kitchen is finished in a high-gloss cream design and is fully equipped with integrated appliances including a fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave. A breakfast-style bench with stools provides a practical and social dining space.
