Apartment 3 is located on the first floor and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for families or visitors of all ages. A stairlift provides access to the first floor, followed by a small number of steps to the apartment entrance.
The bright living and dining area is positioned within the bay window, allowing guests to relax while enjoying the ever-changing coastal views. Original features such as ornate ceiling plasterwork add character, while comfortable seating creates a welcoming space to unwind.
This apartment enjoys magnificent sea views across Cullercoats Bay, stretching along Tynemouth Longsands towards Tynemouth Priory and the Tyne piers. Binoculars are provided so guests can fully appreciate the scenery.
The kitchen has been fully modernised with a sleek, high-gloss finish and includes an integrated dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and oven, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a super king-size bed (extra length for added comfort) with space for an additional bed if required. The second bedroom offers two single beds with quality mattresses and views towards the sea.

The main bedroom includes a new, extra-long super king-size bed (2 metres), offering exceptional comfort. There is also space to accommodate an additional bed if required.
The second bedroom is arranged with two single beds, each fitted with deep, high-quality mattresses. This room also benefits from views towards the sea, adding to the relaxing coastal feel.
Bathroom & Features
The fully tiled bathroom has been recently upgraded to provide a modern and comfortable space.
It includes a thermostatic electric shower with precise temperature control (within ±1°C) and improved water pressure, along with a glass shower screen for a cleaner, more contemporary finish. A fast-fill bath system, heated towel rails, and a new bath panel enhance both comfort and practicality.
Additional features include a demisting mirror with bright side lighting and modern ceiling spotlights, creating a well-lit and functional space.
