Apartment 4 is a self-catering apartment designed for two guests, located to the rear of the building on the upper level. Access is via stairlifts to both landings, with a short walk and a small number of steps between, providing practical access for guests where required.
The apartment offers a compact and cosy lounge/kitchen space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Finished with warm maple units, laminate flooring and a soft wool rug, the space includes two fully reclining chairs, making it a perfect spot to unwind — particularly in the afternoon sun.
For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a 40-inch Full HD Smart TV with Freeview and Amazon Fire Stick, offering access to BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and Channel 5, along with a DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette player, radio and alarm clock. The kitchen area includes a new cooker with ceramic hob and all essentials for a comfortable stay.
Bedroom & Comfort
The apartment is entered via the bedroom, which provides a bright and welcoming space with coordinated Sanderson bedding and curtains. A fitted wardrobe offers convenient storage, and the beds can be arranged as either a super king-size or twin beds, allowing flexibility for couples or friends.
Bathroom & Features
The bathroom has been recently refurbished to a high standard, featuring a spacious curved walk-in shower and large-format tiled walls.
Additional features include a demisting mirror with integrated lighting and a warmed floor for added comfort, creating a modern and relaxing space.
