Apartment 5 is positioned on the second floor at the front of the building, offering stunning panoramic views across Cullercoats Bay. To help you make the most of the scenery, binoculars are provided for your enjoyment.

The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is designed to maximise both comfort and flexibility. Guests can dine at the beech block table or enjoy the elevated window seating with bar stools overlooking the sea. The space features modern laminate flooring, a recently refurbished kitchen with integrated dishwasher, induction hob, oven and generous storage, along with two fridges for added convenience.

For relaxation, the living area includes a leather sofa and chairs with footstools, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

The front bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views through a Velux window, complete with a blackout blind for a restful night’s sleep. An additional guest bed can be accommodated if required. The rear bedroom features a superking-size bed with blackout blinds and curtains, ensuring maximum comfort.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Apartment 5 features two well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to four guests, with the option to sleep five.

The front bedroom enjoys a superb sea view through a Velux window, creating a bright and relaxing space. A blackout blind ensures a restful night’s sleep — a feature especially appreciated by families. An additional bed can be provided in this room if required (slightly narrower and shorter than standard), available for a small extra charge.

The rear bedroom is arranged as a spacious superking-size bed, complete with blackout roller blinds and lined curtains, offering maximum comfort and privacy.

Bathroom & Facilities

The apartment benefits from a fully redesigned bathroom layout, thoughtfully divided into two separate rooms for added convenience.

Both spaces feature stylish full tiling, modern spot lighting and underfloor heating, creating a warm and contemporary feel throughout.

One room includes a large walk-in shower, a three-quarter size bath and a heated towel rail, ideal for relaxing after a day by the coast. The second room houses the toilet and basin, finished with attractive tiling and a subtle seaside theme.
