Our diary is available 24/7 and updates in real time, so availability can change quickly. Enjoy FREE cancellation up to 1 DAY before check-in, giving you complete flexibility when booking.
For bookings of more than 2 apartments, cancellation applies up to 28 days before arrival.

* An additional single bed can be added in apartments 3 and 5.
In apartment 3 it would be the rear bedroom, beside the superking bed, it is 90 cm wide and 170cm long.
In apartment 5 it would be in the front bedroom with the 2 single beds and is 80cm wide and 170cm long.
Payment
For bookings within 28 days the full amount is payable.
For bookings more than 28 days ahead, a deposit of £100 can be paid. The balance is due 28 days before arrival.
Cancellation is up to one day before arrival with full refund of deposit and balance.
For your health, comfort and safety, we do not allow smoking, vaping or pets in the building or in the front and back yards.

Booking Form
*For stays of more than one week, at least one weeks notice must be given.
Please note: The front bedrooms in apartments 3 and 5 already have 2 single beds. The apartments which can have two single beds instead of one superking are 1A, 2 and 4. In Apartments 1B, 3 and 5 the superking bed cannot be converted to 2 singles.
Booking
Normal bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time preferably by 2p.m., check-out time by 10 a.m.
To make a reservation request please contact us then this will be recorded in our register. Please then immediately send a deposit (non-refundable) for £100 for each week reserved.
For the Great North Run week (Sept 8, 2018) the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
The reservation becomes a firm booking on receipt of your deposit and an official receipt is sent to you normally by email. The balance is due at latest 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment is by bank transfer or UK cheque.
